How do I turn off Game Center completely

Hi, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOs 14.4. I've disabled Game Center in Settings: Game Center. I've also turned off all notifications in Settings: Notifications: Games. However, whenever I go into my solitaire game, I'm challenge to log into Game Center.

I there any way to make Game Center stop doing this?

Delete all of your games. Or delete that game, download it again, and skip logging into Game Center when it asks. If that does not work contact the app developer.
