today I was listening music using earphones everything was fine but when I got a call on whatsapp the earphones stopped working and it goes to speaker mode automatically. I turned the speaker off as earphones were connected but again speaker turns on. During whatsapp call if i use earphones the speaker mode turns on automatically. How to solve this issue?
