Why do my Powerbeats pro not showing up on my device list
Pretty much the same reason that Apple does not include their AirPods in the Apple ID device list. I believe it's because you cannot enable Find My directly on the device.
Ok thanks that makes sense. I wanted to find out if they’re still covered, with the apple care plan I purchased for them. Do you know how to find that information on the support page?
You should have received an email directly from Apple that shows you purchased an active AppleCare+ plan. They will also have it on record.
