CarPlay - No weather app with a radar

I am constantly looking at my screen when using Maps or Music app but looking at a weather radar on a weather app is a no, a little unclear?

Weather app radar broken The Weather app radar has been glitchy for months, and it seems like they don’t care. You can find tons of results regarding it when searched, the only fox Apple suggests is deleting and reinstalling and I didn’t change a thing. From what I see the posts started showing up in January. Are they ever going to address it? The radar layers are so glitched it’s pointless using.

You should not be 'constantly looking' at your screen. You should be paying attention to driving.

But Apple allows apps like Waze and Google Maps which you look at your screen?
