iPhones cannot get viruses. Any message saying your phone has a virus is a scam, sent so if you fall for it a criminal can steal your money or your identity. So you should ignore any such messages and not respond to them. Click here for more information→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Scam. Ignore it. Websites cannot perform a storage scan on your device. Nor do they.

Any website telling you that you're infected has lied to you.

If a website could run a virus scan—were that even possible—that capability would be catastrophic, as the scammers wouldn't bother posting the lies, they'd just upload all your data and all your passwords and the rest. But since the scammers aren't even interested in providing a malware scan for you, that prohibition against remote access to your local iPhone storage doesn't matter, and they just lie, and they try to get the you to do something against your better interests.

In short, scam.
