Change default font in notes

Hi there!

I recently discovered that I can change the font on the notes app, however, is there a way to change the default font? Instead of changing it manually every time it would be nice to just set the default font to the one I like to use. I haven't really found a way, but I'm sure there are a lot more knowledgeable people out there!
