Can I merge 2 of my iCloud accounts?

Is there a way to merge my 2 icloud accounts, if one is a family shared account?

Joining Family Sharing My wife setup family sharing to manage our kids various device accounts but we have now grown to the point where I want to join the family sharing group as a co-owner. I have worked through the process of her inviting me to join but it keeps coming up with “group has other members” and won’t let me join. How do I fix this?

No, you can't merge accounts.

You can only transfer some data, but not purchased contents from App and iTunes Store.
