A friend thinks she may have downloaded spyware.

a friend thinks she has perhaps downloaded a virus on her MacBook Pro. She has a message supposedly from Apple to contact Mac Support at ***-***-4841. Is this legit? If not, how does she get past this message?

It's nothing but a scam. Do not call them. Just delete the message/email/text.
