Bug with the home bar
problem with the home bar when playing certain video game on my iphone 11

I don’t see any problem from your screen image, but for an app problem you need to contact the app provider. If you mean the bar at the bottom of the screen, if it wasn’t there you wouldn’t be able to go back to the Home screen from the game.
