Slo-mo videos

I have a new iphone and the slo-mo videos are not slowing down l have tried going to the settings under camera and nun seems to be working. How to l deal with that?

Only the central portion slows down, but you can tap Edit while in the photos app and use the sliders to widen the slowed part to 100% if you wish.

Slow motion video changing speed I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15.0. I recorded some video on the slo-mo setting. On playback, it switched from slo-mo to normal speed by itself. Why does it do this? Also, what is the white circle on the screen just to the right of the record start/stop button?
