How do I get liquid/moisture out of my front camera lens?

Let it dry out.

How did it get inside?
It was dropped into some water. I quickly got it out and dried it off. This is the only spot that is affected.
It can take a week for the full effects to show.
I stand by my post.
I understand that, but how do I get the moisture out of the camera lens?
