Apple watch wont pair to my Iphone

when i try to connect my apple watch to my iphone . it does this weird massage, my Iphone is working 24/7 with wireless connection never had a problem with it once untill this massage popped , I tried reset both devices , deleted network on devices , nothing seems to help . the thing is the watch works with every OTHER iphone EXPECT mine , I dont know how to fix it and nothing seems to help....also I dont have apple store where I leave so cant do much about it . any HELP is appriciated please help
