My smart keyboard for IPad pro is not working.

I bought my smart keyboard from Apple store official shop in Paragon Mall.

By the way I can’t find the receipt.

Can I claim it?

ipad pro 12.9 second gen smart keyboard I spent $1,160 2 years ago on an iPad pro 12.9 (2017 model) and $269 for the smart keyboard to go with it but 2 years on the keyboard is really glitchy (the delete key gets stuck and I have to constantly detach the keyboard and reattach to get it to connect). Apple NZ no longer have the keyboard in stock so I tried their chat support who advised that since that product is no longer being made they can't say if the keyboard stock will be replenished. The only solution they offered was for me to keep looking up the product on the website page to see if it becomes available!! Apparently the chat support person is "not authorised" to order the product in for me either. So I've spent $1,500 on something that is now practically useless. Thanks apple.

Ask the store to email you a copy of the receipt.
