Alright, so I’m trying to purchase a apple music subscription right. I have $20 in apple credits, but it doesn’t use the credits, it rather goes to a card with no balance on it. So when I try and remove it, it says unable to remove "there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file". So what do i do?
You put in a card that has a balance on it, or cancel the subscription and wait for it to expire.
Even when you have enough iTunes Store credit to pay for a subscription, you'll need to have a different payment method on file to get or keep it.
