Hello, I have an iphone 7 that i use as a work phone. It has been a week that i cannot turn it on. It seems like it is not charged (All black) and even if i put it on charge it doesnt do anything. I have tried to restart the device using side buttons but still nothing. Can you advise me of what to do please?
