Contact your Bank:

Perhaps you bank is seeing it as a scam, though that is not the case. So, contact your Financial Institution (i.e. bank), letting them know that all is okay to be followed through with.

Same for me, but if your already in a family, the family organizer has to disable share purchases for you to add your own payment method which is pretty stupid. If that doesn’t work, there is also a glitch which does prevent you from adding your own payment method
