Appstore Sign in problem
When i try to login with my Apple id it processes and then again back to sign in screen. Even i can login successfully with icloud. But for appstore and itunes it doesn’t login. Any one can help?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
