iPhone photo message stopped working

can't send photo text messages on iphone12 using 14.4. regular text messaging is fine.

Start here If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

IF the link doesn't work contact your phone carrier as MMS is their feature.
