Subscription refund

To Whom This My Concern:


My wife, Josefina M. A, (with communities user name: josefina228) has subscribed to a monthly storage for data for $ 2.99 under her name and her iPhone to store pictures since Dec 2020. Without realizing the we already has a icloud data storage under my id (****@aol.com).


However, we are being charged for the data storage usage twice monthly. After discussing the issue with several Apple support technical personnels, we found out that we already a monthly data storage usage under my id which we never knew existed and never used. I do not own an Apple device anymore and I am using a LG cell phone.


We were advised to email your Apple management to cancel the old icloud storage for****@aol.com. I am requesting through this email to cancel the old icloud data storag to stop being charged twice monthly since Jan 2021 and refund our payments of $2.99 for Jan & $2.99 Feb 2021. There should only one $2.99 monthly charge for icloud data storage fee.

Click here, follow the instructions, and use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund; if you can't cancel it yourself, add a note when contacting them. The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't do either.
