Calendar Time to Leave Alerts Not Working

My time to leave alerts are no longer working. I’ve done all of the basic fixes, and can’t figure it out.

Location based alerts are on

Calendar notifications are on

Location access under calendar is set to “while using the app”

My default alert time is set to “time to leave”

I get calendar notifications if I choose a time-based reminder like “five minutes before event,” but the time to leave events just stopped working one day. Not sure how to get them back. Ideas?
