I was wondering how Do I put my Apple ID into my Apple Watch so that I can purchase apps on it

The Apple ID on the watch should have been transferred from the iPhone during the pairing process when you setup your watch.
On your iPhone, tap:
Watch > My Watch > General >: Apple ID
to see which Apple,e ID you are using.
