If IPhone cant be cloned..... then ?

Why can my psychotic x husband whom I have not seen in a year; get into my new I Iphone' 11, if they can't be hacked or cloned. I can actually see his web history, contacts , maps... He can change my passwords anytime he feels like it. He takes pictures of my texts, photos and sends them to me? I've been dealing with this for over a year... The only response I ever received from Apple is 'my cloud is not compromised... well, I can tell you ... yes yes it has...

i just want a new phone and help to get him to stop.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
