iPhone cloan, mirrored, hacked, help please.

I have a very shady neighbor that has stollen my credit card info from a older iPhone years ago and now it seems he has crafted someway to clone or comprise my iPhone 12 almost like he mirror imaged my phone and it is sending him info. Overheard his daughter or wife saying they cleaned my phone. I have been keeping my phone in airplane mode when I am at home and WiFi cellular data and Bluetooth I keep off just so he can’t get into anything, phone has been real slow, don’t even want a phone at this point if it can be comprised so easy. What can they do if it is cloned? What is the criminal benefit? What can I do? Change numbers? Sims? Is iCloud the back door they used to hack me? So tired of this phone invastion

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your iPhone. We want to help as best we can.

To start, if anything is coming from your Apple ID or iCloud, you can check if your Apple ID is signed in to any other devices: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

If you don't recognize a device, changing your Apple ID will stop any data from going to those devices that are not signed back in with the new Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

If they put something on your device, restoring the device to factory will help. You can restore any backups prior to them adding the program, but you will also lose any data added to the device since the date of that backup:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If the device was cloned using advanced technology, you should ask your provider what options you have to check this out and how to protect yourself. Thanks.
