Transfer my data
If i did a step of transferring my data from old device to the new one , does it delete my data from old device or it will save a copy there ?

It will not delete anything from your old device. Some data are synced and few are copied. If it is synced and you delete it from your old device it will be deleted from all devices and vice-versa.
