No warranty claims in Pakistan Lahore?

i bought iPhone 12 Pro Max 25gb few weeks ago it’s has a problem when I turn it off and back on Apple logo fluctuating phone doesn’t turn on for 15mints and I have to plug a charger then it turns on .I’m from Pakistan and future tech who claims warranty behaviour is very bad and not changing my phone in warranty
