Hi, I am requesting that apple does not install all this bloatware and if it does, please allow us to delete them. Apps such as Stocks, Chess etc (I do not use them and do not want them)

As @ Luis Sequeira1 already suggested and just ignore the Apps.
System apps please allow us to delete
