Apple ID

We gave our 6 yr old daughter my old phone and would like her to be able to use it w/ WiFi. Should I reset it to factory settings and log out? Then create a new Apple ID for her and set up family sharing? Trying to figure out the steps to do all this

Apple ID When I set up my son's iphone, I set it up with my apple id, because I didn't realize at the time that I should create a separate one for him and then just use family sharing. Is there any way to correct this now that the phone is already set up?

I want to change the user of iPhone to child I have an old iPhone 6s. I want to give it to my daughter . She has Apple ID under family sharing . How do I “disconnect” old phone from my identity and put my daughter in?

Do the below to make it 'her' phone.

Selling/Giving Away Device.

You will need to set up Family Sharing to create an ID.
