How can I submit bug reports to Apple? (News, Sharing Sheet, Shortcuts Widget, Airplay)

Since I’m no longer enrolled in the beta program, I don’t have access to the Feedback app. Every time I use my iPad, there’s some ongoing bug that continues to annoy me. 

News - The articles refresh whenever they want. All too often, I select an article only to find something completely different appear. In the time I touched my screen to read something about cooking, News refreshed and showed me an article about politics.  And now I have to scroll I don’t know how far down to find the article I wanted to read. I can’t overstate how incredibly frustrating it is to have this happen every time I open News. 

Sharing Sheet - This bug has existed on iOS and iPadOS for years. The first time I press the share icon I see a limited set of services. I have to deselect and press it again to see the service I want to use (usually Reminders).  

Shortcuts Widget - It seems that this doesn’t work after my Downtime starts. I have a lighting scene set in shortcuts (Goodnight) which I want to access in a Widget. Although both Home and Shortcuts are set as exceptions (downtime has no effect on them), selecting the shortcut in the widget doesn’t work. If I select the action in the Shortcuts app, it works.  

Airplay - I often Airplay to an Airport Express and HomePod Mini at the same time. It just feels like Airplay is still in beta. The operating system isn’t smart enough to know what I want to do and struggles to do anything at times. With Apple Music, it seems only slightly less buggy than using other sources like SoundCloud, Deezer, or PlexAmp. One of the lesser frustrating examples is that when a commercial comes on in Soundcloud, it only plays on HomePod Mini and while Airport Express doesn’t produce any sound. Airplay needs more internal testing.
