Hide Alerts keeps turning on

I had a group chat and turned the hide alerts on during work and i turned it off but it keeps turning itself back on.

i have reset my phone twice

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Notifications will sound and show when the screen is active. I have checked Settings>Notifications also Sounds and Haptics, also checked Focus...
