Your iCloud storage is full.

I received an email that my iCloud storage was full and I can no longer send or receive messages with my iCloud email address. But when I check on my phone, it says I am only using 10.7GB of my 50GB plan.

Why did I get that email and what do I do next?

Never mind... I figured it out... 2 different iCloud accounts.
