How to fix blocked plugin on Safari on iMac?
iMac 27″, macOS 11.2
Many state and local government sites were written years ago and not properly updated for modern browsers like Safari.
Use a third party browser until they enter the 21st century.

Government is Picky:
Some sites just don't work with Safari - that's typical of schools, and local government.
If it's blocked you don't need it.
