Blocked plug ins
i have Mac os 10.10.5 i get blocked plug ins in safari - i can't click on anything or open the document

It is hard to find relevant support article for Safari 10.10.5.
Try suggestions given here.
Safari >Preferences > Security
Checkmark Enable JavaScript and Allow plug-ins
Click Plug-in settings.
Select the Plug-in
Select "On" when visiting other websites.
I am not sure what you are asking but I think it is the same problem I had with safari extensions:
