how to enable safari extensions (bug) this has worked for me!

ok here is what happened. I have 3 different extensions installed in Safari 13.1 (macOS 10.15.4).

I disabled the extensions and then uninstalled them as I had problems with the sound when watching Netflix movies and I wanted to make sure that it's not any of my extensions.

Extensions are: ABP, ghostly, duckduckgo, (it doesn't matter which extensions as this is a bug with EVERY safari extension).

However, after confirming that it wasn't any of my extensions I reinstalled them and then was unable to enable them again.

Solution (this worked for me):

In safari preferences pane go to a different tab (e.g. advanced) then quit safari and start it again.

go again into preferences pane and now klick back to the extensions tab, you can now enable the extensions!

I hope this helps people with the same problem.
