What is the difference between Apple ID and iCloud ID?

None. An Apple ID is used for everything that you do with Apple, including iCloud, iTunes and App Store, this forum, etc.
It is possible to have multiple Apple IDs and use one for iCloud and another for iTunes for example, but it is not something that I would recommend.
