I can't see the serial number because I can't login to my computer

I need to get my mac fixed please and I can't login to my mac because the keyboard is not working

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

SN is written on the bottom cover of the Mac, just flip it over and look for tiny inscriptions on it. And also in a label on the bottom of its box.
