Beats Solo 3's won’t turn on
Hello. I have tried turning on my Beats when they are charged, but they won’t turn on. I can plug it in, and it says it’s charging, but I still cannot turn them on. What is going on?

We understand you're not able to power on your Beats Solo 3 headphones. Is that right? If so, have you also had a chance to try a completely different power adaptor and cable, while also resetting them? If not, we can use these steps to help reset your Beats: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones
If you're still not able to power them on after trying those steps, then your Beats may require service: Beats Repair and Service That page will explain more about service options and possible costs to have your Beats serviced if you're located in the US.
