facetime mass call from un known numbers?

i have been getting group facetime calls from unknown numbers for a while now , usually i get about 4 to 5 of them at around the same time late a night.

outside of turning facetime off all together is their a way to stop this? im not sure if this is a new thing scammers are trying or if facetime is actually bugged for alot of people i dont want too keep facetime off indefinitely

Group FaceTime calls from unknown numbers Hi all updated phone yesterday morning and in evening started getting FaceTime calls from unknown numbers. Never happened before. I have turned FaceTime off as read there was a bug previously on Apple where people could access microphone by doing this even if you hadn't answered- anyone else had this problem?

Multiple facetime calls from random numbers including 30-40 people I saw that Apple had this issue last year, but I just started receiving non-stop facetime requests from a large group of numbers that are not in my contact list. One of them was impossible to ignore and I had to power down my phone. They haven't stopped for about 2 hours now. I have blocked every number that is not already blocked but they keep coming. Anyone else seeing this?
