hi , i have problem , i need your help , i deleted my some videos 4 hours ago, but i need it , how can recovery that video?
Well if you happen to have a backup that was created while you were not using iCloud photos, and it would contain the video(s), you'd follow this
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Note that you would stand to lose content from your phone that was added between now and when your backup was created.
So you deleted it, then specifically removed it from recently deleted.. only to decide 4 hours later that it was so important and you need it back??
The only other way would be if you created an iPhone backup that contains the video(s) at a time when you were NOT using iCloud Photos. You'd then need to restore your iPhone from that backup.
