None of my computers will connect to my hotspot, blue banner just flashes.

basically the title, I can’t get my PC or my laptop connected to my iPhone X hotspot. The blue banner around the time just sadly flashes a few times like it’s getting so close, but fails. I tried everything on that link you reply to everyone with that has this issue and it did nothing so what else can I do?? Trying to connect via wifi fyi.
