I was looking into getting my certification for Logic Pro X. Upon inspecting the learnquest website I see that the only option is a $2000 course.
Is there an option where I can take the certificate exam only? This was not specified on the website either. Thank you.

If I may add to the conversation, I am the creator of the Logic Pro curriculum for Learnquest. I included several resources to allow Logic users to immerse themselves in the program by way of music sessions, detailed exercises, examples, pdf's, etc. I do believe it is helping many Logic Pro users and have received great feedback.
I am also T3 Certified through Apple but as others have stated, this has officially been retired by the Apple Brand so you will not be able to take the certificate exam à la carte

There is no formal Apple certification for Logic ( or Final Cut) anymore: Apple "retired" the certifications last summer.

Fortunately I got mine about 2 years ago. I took no course, just the exam.
I guess there must be some kind of alternative exam somewhere.
Mott Community College in Flint, MI is where I got my Music Tech associates degree. They also have a Certificate program. Although, it’s not just Logic Pro but Pro Tools, too.
You may check your local colleges. You may be able to test out for them.

Mine has proved invaluable for private work.
