Nonstop Flashing IR Light iPhone 11

I have an iPhone 11 which I noticed on my home security night vision that the IR light constantly flashes about every 5 seconds when the screen is on even after the initial FaceID flashes and unlock.

I am pretty sure it’s not normal for it to constantly flash as I have an iPhone 12 with the same exact FaceID settings and the iPhone 12 doesn’t flash when the screen is on after the initial unlock.

How do I stop this from always flashing unnecessarily?
