My iPhone 12 suddenly stop respond to calls ( it rings but don’t show on the screen). It allows me to unlock, and move free but does load any apps. I try to power it off didn’t work. I tired to force shutdown that also didn’t work. What should I do next ?

Let's double check something-
Open Settings ➔ Notifications ➔ Phone ➔ Allow Notifications : Set this to ON. Put a check mark on all 3 ALERTS options. See image below.
