I pay for paramount + (CBS all access) why can’t I use my regular log in when attempting to use Apple TV Paramount + channels on my MacBook? Amazon let’s me add the channels directly to their streaming websites no issues. You are wanting me to pay for additional subscription! My Apple TV4K seamlessly works at home log in and the channel is their! So frustrating but not my MacBook or IPhone! How Come? What’s the fix?

AppleTV provides NO way to login to Parmount+ and wants to have people pay for Parmount again. Apple is the platform who needs to fix the issue and offer a way to log in through the channels. It also doesn’t help being reported too Apple when you don’t like my response after you didn’t solve my problem and I told you.

We can understand wanting to signed in without having to pay again. We might need to get Paramount+ support involved as this is regarding their app. We were able to find some information that should help you from their support site: How do sign in to Paramount+ directly on my Apple TV (tvOS)?

Have you been able to contact support for the subscription service to see if the login should be the same?

Frustrating indeed. I WAS able to get CBS All Access on my phone, two iPads and MB Air. Now that it’s Paramount+, I can only get it on my phone. Yeah the phone is big, but come on, I’d rather watch programs on a larger screen. Please fix ASAP! It’s been almost a month since the first persons inquiry. Why has this not been fixed yet?? 😫 Susan
I’m having the same problem...... not only does this happen with Paramount+, it happens with the STARZ App. It shouldn’t matter that my initial download was with Amazon, on my firestick. A subscription is a subscription, and I expect to be able to access the service regardless of which platform I use. PLEASE let me know what a fix is available!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!
