safari keeps refreshing
trying to watch uni lectures and streaming services like Disney Plus and it'll continuously refresh making watching anything extremely frustrating. Only started happening after recently updating. What can I do to stop this?

Enable Develop menu, click Develop in the menu bar and then Empty Caches from the dropdown.
