Citrix doesn't work after Big Sur upgrade

Hi, after upgrade OS to Big Sur I can't launch Citrix Workspace. There is an error with certificate (see picture). I have already updated Citrix launcher and tried to set the certificate in keychain as "always trust". Doesn't work. Any tips please? I've been using Chrome app meanwhile..but still, I need to solve it out.

Citrix error messaged: "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate. My work have switched to Citrix for their Remote Desktop. I have both an iMac and a MacBook Pro. I managed to install the citrix workspace on my iMac without a problem. Everything works great. However whenever I try to access citrix on my MacBook I get the following error message: You have not chosen to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling several times. I always click the standard install options including trusting everything when prompted to do so. Can anyone explain why it works on an iMac but not the MacBook Pro? Many thanks David

Certificate error on El Capitan but not High Sierra I have been having an ongoing issue with my online banking related to a certificate issued by fisglobal. This started about 2 years ago. On my MacBook runing El Capitan, when accessing some pages of the bank website Safari and Chrome both give error messages that the certificate cannot be trusted. Firefox sometimes accepts the certificate, sometimes does not. On my iMac running High Sierra, I do not have the issue in Safari (only browser I use). So when paying my bills, sometimes I can do it from the laptop using Firefox and sometimes not. The only workaround is to use the iMac, either by screen sharing or going to the room where it is located (NOT my home office). Both computers are at their final supported OSes, so I can't just update the laptop OS to fix the problem. When I use Keychain Access to check my certificates, I do not even see a certificate for fisglobal on either machine. So the usual advice to delete the certificate and rebot to force a new one to be downloaded doesn't work...nothing to delete! I used to see the certificate, where did it go? Is there some secret method to show "hidden" certificates?

There is an error with the certificate, it looks like you already tried updating Citrix launcher. We'll do our best to help. In this case you may need to reach out to the help desk or the developers of the program. They will be able to see if the app is compatible with Big Sur.
