Citrix error messaged: "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

My work have switched to Citrix for their Remote Desktop.

I have both an iMac and a MacBook Pro.

I managed to install the citrix workspace on my iMac without a problem. Everything works great.

However whenever I try to access citrix on my MacBook I get the following error message:

You have not chosen to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling several times. I always click the standard install options including trusting everything when prompted to do so.

Can anyone explain why it works on an iMac but not the MacBook Pro?

Many thanks

David
