Citrix error - You have chose not to trust Root Certificate Authority

I am getting a "You have chosen not to trust "Go Daddy Root Certifcate Authority G2..." error when trying to connect with Citrix. I have set Keychain Access to "always trust" Go Daddy but that didn't seem to help. Is there anything else I can do at my end? The IT folk at my work don't seem to be able to help (I am connecting using my own MacBook).

Go to www.citrix.com

Click on "Downloads"

Click the words "Citrix Workspace App" under "Featured Downloads"

Click "Workspace app for Mac"

Click "Workspace app for Mac" (it actually appears again under the first one. LOL)

Click "Citrix Workspace app 1910.2 for Mac"

Click "Download Citrix Workspace app for Mac"

That should hopefully get you where you want.
