I have subscribed fitness plus cannot play workout on Samsung QTQ6 is there way to do this

That's correct. Fitness+ does not support Airplay or mirroring.

It appears that your TV doesn't support AirPlay 2, unfortunately. AirPlay 2 compatibility is required to mirror video content to your TV. You can see a list of TVs that support it here: iOS - Home Accessories - Apple

The reason why your TV is only playing the audio is because it only supports AirPlay, which is used to stream audio to another device.
