Wrong Keyboard Layout

What is on your list at settings > general > keyboard > keyboards? Is the hardware keyboard for each item on that list set to Swedish?

What do you get from the key to the left of number 1? Having quote marks next to Z is not normal for any layout I know of.

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge. Make sure you have Swedish checked there (and NOT "automatic" or something else). In that situation the keyboard should behave like below:

But how close that is to "nordic iso" I don't know. Could you post a photo of that layout, and info on the maker and model?

When you say "ansi", do you mean that you do not get the accented characters like åöä over at the right edge of the keyboard?

What does the key to the left of Z produce?

Thank you, that solved it. As for my keyboards, I had Gboard then Swedish. I switched them around and that solved it. Didn't know the onscreen keyboard could have that effect.
