My apple watch series 4 (model A1975) has unpaired from my iPhone 11 and I cannot seem to pair it back! Tried different things, with no luck.
Phone cannot see Apple Watch, and Apple Watch cannot see iPhone.
Can anyone help me PLEASE?
iPhone 11, iOS 14
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
Then start pairing again.

I have followed your instructions and managed to unpair and pair again my watch & phone.
Now everything works just fine.
